*Please note: Area locations hours will vary during the winter season or holidays. Locations may be closed during the holiday's and in climate weather. Our detailing specialists work seven (7) days a week however our answering staff hours will vary and may not be available on weekends or nights to answer your calls. If we are not available please leave a message and Speedy K's specialists will return your call within 24 hours. (excluding weekends or holidays) 24 emergency service available at extra charge. Emergency calls will be returned over the weekend and nights.

×Guarantee is limited to purchased services/package that are performed. If you feel the services were not performed to the highest quality standards, your service will be free of charge. Please note: This guarantee pertains to the package you have chosen. If our specialists notes or recommends that you require additional services on your auto or recreational transportation and you wish not to perform recommended service. This guarantee is null and void. Please make sure to keep up on your auto and recreational transportation professional detailed as per requirements by the manufacture. This way damage does not occur to the point that can not be repaired or corrected by detailing.
Rain Guarantee & Quality Guarantee
Speedy K’s Mobile Detailing Specialists monitor the weather 24/7 to keep you posted on your scheduled appointment. (Please note: If it is calling for rain and you feel that it is going to rain, please do NOT call Speedy K's. Speedy K's will track the weather and call you if it is necessary to reschedule. There is many occurrences where they call for rain and it does not rain. If you choose to cancel your service during that day and it does not rain during your service hrs or rain for more then 2hrs during that servicing day. You will for fit ALL gift cards, bonus cards, discounts, etc. If you do not have any discounts, bonus cards, gift cards, etc. You will be subject to a service fee. If it is raining during the day of your scheduled service for longer then 2hrs. Speedy K’s staff will call you to set up another service date that best fits your schedule. Speedy K’s guarantees that if we service your vehicle and it rains within an eight-hour period after service has been completed. Your next exterior wash will be free.××
**Rain Guarantee—A complete exterior wash package will be credited at next service appointment. Credit will be valid for exterior wash only and is not redeemable for cash. Offer is valid only for clients that service there autos professionally detailed by Speedy K's within the last two-three weeks on a frequency basis. Autos that are serviced less than twice a year will not be included. You will receive one (1) free pass per year with our rain guarantee. Offer valid for regular clients only. Valid for autos only. Excludes recreational transportation or pressure washing services. Offer not valid unless services performed were over $200.00.
×Guarantee is limited to purchased services/package that are performed. If you feel the services were not performed to the highest quality standards, your service will be free of charge.
Please note: If an associate estimates and recommends that a auto needs service beyond what has been requested/purchased, Speedy K's cannot guarantee complete satisfaction. For example, if an associate recommends interior carpet shampooing but the customer wants only vacuuming. We cannot guarantee that vacuuming carpets alone will improve their condition. Speedy K's will NOT accept autos or recreational transportation that is older then 10 years old. Unless auto or recreational transportation has been upkept as per the manufacture, restored or use for show/display.
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FEE:
For the purpose of client satisfaction Speedy K’s schedules clients in specific time slots during the work week. The failure of the client to give Speedy K’s 48 hours* notice of cancellation or change of the appointment. (This excludes weekends. So if you have a Monday appointment. You must call your areas Speedy K's before the following Thursday morning before 8am. If not, this does not count as a 48hr notice. Since our answering staff is NOT in on the weekends and can not take your call to make these changes. This is detrimental to the business of Speedy K’s and our clients scheduled. Any client who schedules a time slot, appointment or regular detailing service acknowledges and agrees that Speedy K’s reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. If client does not call within 48 hours to time services is scheduled. (Note: This fee will vary depending upon service scheduled and time blocked out to perform this service.) If Speedy K’s shows up on location and client or client’s auto or recreational transportation are not present or do not show up on time scheduled. Speedy K's reserves the right to charge a reasonable service fee for time lost. Please note: Our staff will call if we are running later more then 1/2 hour then your scheduled appointment time. All scheduled appointments are give or take a 1/2 hour from times noted. Just in case traffic is bad or if previous appointments ran slightly over. Any gift cards, reward cards, online advertising program discounts and others will take the risk of being voided if notice is not given. This risk includes calling in and canceling if you think it is going to rain* and it does not.
*Speedy K's second job is to monitor the weather. However if it is cloudy or a chance of rain during your service date and it does not rain and you cancel your appointment. You will be at risk of losing any vouchers, coupons, gift cards, or will incur a service fee. However if it is raining the complete time frame of your appointment. Speedy K's will call you to confirm the next scheduled time and you will not lose said discounts, vouchers, gift cards, etc. 48hrs means that you are required to call Speedy K's before this time noted. (Example; If you are scheduled for a 2-4pm time slot on Friday, you must call Speedy K's before 8am on the Wednesday before). Calling Weekends and after hrs of 5pm does not verify cancellation till the next weekday.
For the purpose of client & company satisfaction Speedy K’s schedules Company Contracts in specific time slots during the work week. The failure of the company representative to give Speedy K’s five (5) days notice (excluding weekends) notice of cancellation or change of the appointment is detrimental to the business of Speedy K’s. Any company contact who schedules a time slot, appointment or regular detailing contract acknowledges and agrees that Speedy K’s reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. If Speedy K’s shows up on location and company vehicles or recreational equipment are not present or do not show up on time scheduled, we reserve the right to charge the average amount of vehicles or recreational transportation to be serviced for proposed contract. All company contracts are required to give a thirty day (30) written notice of any changes or cancellation.
RESERVATION OF RIGHT TO CANCEL, ALTER, AND/OR MODIFY TERMS OF GRATUITOUSLY CONTRIBUTED GIFT CARDS AND/OR CERTIFICATES
Speedy K’s as a practice gratuitously contributes gift cards and/or certificates/coupons to different organizations and charities. Any person who receives a Speedy K’s gratuitous gift card and/or certificates/coupons takes such card or certificate/coupon subject to the right of Speedy K’s to cancel, alter and/or modify the terms when presented. Clients are advised that gratuitous gift cards and/or certificates/coupons cannot be overlapped, or in other words. You cannot use two or more gratuitous gift cards and/or certificates/coupons for one or more services provided on a particular day. Holders of gratuitous gift cards and/or certificates/coupons must present such gift cards and/or certificates/coupons before services are provided, or they will not be honored & must be used on next service. Gift cards and/or certificates/coupons/donations services must be performed on or before expiration date.
If a Holder of a gratuitous gift card and/or certificate/coupons cancels the detailing services at the time of presentation then Speedy K’s reserves the right to charge a reasonable Service Call Cancellation Fee and said client agrees to pay the same. No gift card and/or certificate/coupon can be duplicated, only the original is redeemable. Gift cards may not be redeemable for a cash refund. Once purchased they can either be used for the gift card amount or package noted on gift card. Gift cards may be transferred only.
Gift cards: Some Speedy K's locations may offer Free bonus cards for the holidays, birthdays, appreciation gifts and more. Please note: The bonus cards are only valid for certain time periods for use. Bonus card specials may also have expiration times they need to be purchased before bonus reward runs out (this will not be noted on the mailer, e-mail or coupon) when dates and times expire. You must contact your areas Speedy K's which is running the specials to find out expiration times, dates and terms. Speedy K's reserves the right to cancel or change coupons listed at any time.
Please Note: Referral discount cards may be overlapped ONLY. No other discount cards/donation gift cards may be overlapped. For example if you have two (2) referral discount cards valued at $20.00ea. you may put these together for $40.00 and use them toward your next service.
Please note: Any manufactures discount post cards that are mailed out for vehicle or recreational transportation upkeep have to be called before the dates posted on post cards, In order to receive discounts. Speedy K's may extended the discount dates by no more the (2) two weeks from date posted on reward discount card. These post cards are generated to remind our clients when the manufacture recommends services to be done to your vehicle/vehicles or recreational transportation. Speedy K's then rewards all of our clients discounts for following guide lines up to 40% off. For additional questions about discounts and rewards please call your area Speedy K's.
Speedy K's max discount is 40% off any of our packages, additional discounts Can Not be over lapped. The only discounts that may be applied additional to the 40% off are referral reward cards because these work as gift cards. Reward cards are give to any client for referring new clients to Speedy K's. Once the referred client purchases services from Speedy K's, Speedy K's will mail or keep on file the referral reward card for the client that referred Speedy K's. Discount sites, booking sites, purchasing gift card sites, & others with discounts are not affiliated with Speedy K's, Inc. Terms & booking appointments listed on these sites are their own requirements. Speedy K's, Inc requires all new customers or existing customers to view, pricing, booking and other information listed on these sites should first review www.speedyks.com for more detailed information on our packages, pricing, quantity discounts, regular upkeep discounts, booking, terms and more. When purchasing online coupons or gift cards from these sites it is our requirements that you notify our mobile detailing specialists first when booking the appointment. (if scheduling online our mobile detailing specialists will contact you within 24-48 hours of booking date online, does not include weekend. If booking on the weekend, you will receive a call on Monday). You will also need to present this redemption before service beginning. Gift cards & coupons through the discount sites will be nu-in void if you fail to give Speedy K's a 48 hour notice of appointment change (rain dates are not required, if it rains heavily (light rain service may still be performed) on the appointed scheduled date redemption will be honored another day and appointment date will be rescheduled). Please note some areas may incur a distance charge depending upon locations. Any packages under $40.00, will incur a distance charge. (unless your autos or recreational transportation is serviced on a regular basis or within our coverage fee where it is free of charge). Extra services other then listed on the discount card, coupon or gift card will be an extra charge. When scheduling your offer, it is required to set up appointment on line and must be made at least 2-3 weeks prior to expiration date to ensure a time slot for services to be performed before expiration date. Over 50-75% of new customers are referred each year to us by our customers. We are happy to reward our loyal customers for helping us service the automotive and recreational transportation detailing needs of their family, friends, and business associates. We offer our clients discounts for referring our services. When our clients tell their family, friends, co-workers, clients, etc about our professional detailing services, we reward them with a discount of 10% of the what the new customer/s spent after their service has been completed. Example: ( If the person referred purchases $200 in services, that will be a $20 bonus toward your next service.) You may combine your referral bonus cash. If you have referred 10 new customers and each one was worth $20.00. You have now earned $200.00 in referral bonus money to use toward any services you choose.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via secure server lock system technology. Any credit card information given via phone, on-site service will be keep secure with Huntington Merchant Services Secure System. Only will the providers have access to these systems.
Any of your information such as credit cards will not be stored on our web system.
